Lemon Bar Cookies

Everyone’s favorite dessert bar packed straight into a beautiful, giant, delicious Table Raised Cookie! In this cookie you’ll find made from scratch lemon curd folded into our specially crafted shortbread flavored cookie dough and rolled in powdered sugar. Seriously, it’s INCREDIBLE.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place 3-4 frozen cookies on the tray. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until edges are just golden brown. All ovens may vary in time slightly so please take care when baking not to over/under bake. Allow cookies to sit on the cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes to cool and set up before eating.
