Parma Rosa on Italian Meatballs
Freezer Meal Instructions

Parma Rosa Sauce Instructions: THAW SAUCE – then dump contents into a pan on the stovetop and simmer on medium heat while the rest of your dinner comes together. Stir occasionally to incorporate the parmesan in the sauce. Once meatballs are cooked you can add them to the sauce to simmer for additional flavor incorporation in the meatballs.
Italian Meatball Instructions:
Meatballs can be cooked from frozen or thawed and then cooked. Cook times may vary with some oven and kitchen temperatures. Be sure to keep an eye on your meal and prepare food to proper cook temperatures. Meatballs should come to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
OVEN (recommended) –
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil and place meatballs evenly spaced on the tray. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until meatballs are golden brown and done to your liking. Serve with Parma Rosa Sauce over Angel Hair or your favorite pasta!
STOVETOP –
Add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil to a pan and heat to medium-high heat. Sear meatballs on all sides in the pan and then reduce temperature to low-medium. Pro-tip: add a few tablespoons of water and set a lid over the pan to allow meatballs to steam and retain their moisture while coming to internal temperature of 165 degrees. Serve with Parma Rosa sauce over Angel Hair or your favorite pasta!
INSTANT POT –
Cook Parma Rosa Sauce according to directions. You can use the Saute setting on your Instant Pot to combine quickly, but do not leave unattended. It will come together fast! Once combined, turn Instant Pot off. Place meatballs evenly spaced in the sauce and put the lid on and seal. Set to High Pressure for 7 minutes. When complete, let pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release. Serve with Angel Hair or your favorite pasta!
CROCKPOT –
Cook Parma Rosa Sauce according to directions. Spray your crockpot and set to low. Place meatballs in the sauce and cover each meatball with a little of the sauce to coat. Cooke on low for 3-4 hours and enjoy!
Angel Hair Instructions:
Generously salt water and bring to a boil. Add pasta and boil for 6 minutes. When complete strain water and add to Parma Rosa Sauce to Serve with Italian Meatballs.
