From frozen or thawed,

*Cookies may bake more flat if cookie thaws to total room temperature before baking.

Spray cookie sheet or parchment paper with non stick spray.

Bake at 370 for 10-15 minutes.

every oven is different, wait till you see the caramel bits melt down. you will see it come out the sides and slightly on the top. It’s important to know your oven.
